Membership Fee

As of 1 January 2023, the membership fee is €20.45 per month for an individual member and €40.90 per month for a family living at the same address.

If the General Members’ Meeting approves a membership fee increase, the amount collected by direct debit will be adjusted accordingly. Any such changes will always be communicated to all members.

Authorization for Direct Debit

The person who submitted the (digital) registration form hereby authorizes RSVV, until further notice, to collect the applicable membership fee by direct debit from their bank account for the duration of the membership.

The one-time registration fee of €2.50 will be collected together with the first membership fee payment.

• The membership fee may be collected once per month.
• The account holder acknowledges that they may request a refund of any direct debit payment from their bank within 56 calendar days of the debit date.
• This authorization may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to the RSVV membership administration.
• Upon termination of the membership, RSVV will automatically cancel the direct debit authorization.

The first direct debit will include both the membership fee and the one-time registration fee of €2.50.

For minors, this registration form and the direct debit authorization must be submitted personally by a parent or legal guardian.

GelrePas

If you have a GelrePas, you may be entitled to a partial reimbursement of your membership fee. To receive this benefit, please enter your GelrePas number on the registration form.

• Children under 18 years of age are entitled to a full reimbursement of the membership fee.
• Adults aged 18 and over are entitled to a 50% reimbursement of the membership fee.

If you do not yet have your GelrePas when registering, you may submit a copy at a later date, clearly stating your membership number. You can either:

• Place the copy in the RSVV mailbox located in the clubhouse at Slochterenweg 29, or
• Mail it to our Treasurer:
